Found at a Mennonite barn sale in Lancaster County. Various red fabrics in a medallion type pattern, appliqued on a white background and framed in matching red fabric in all four corners of each block. Excellent example of the precise cutwork from the Mennonite community.

Hand appliqued and hand quilted. Binding is attached in a combination of machine stitch and whip stitch. Light weight batting - if any. No rips or tears. Some staining on backing, including yellowing along fold lines.
